The process

From discarded to dignified.

Every Relavco bar is reborn through seven careful, low-waste steps. Here's exactly how it happens.

  1. 01

    Collect

Partially used bars are gathered from hotels and sponsors, specifically soap that would otherwise be sent to landfills.

  2. 02

    Sanitize

Each bar is cleaned and sanitized to a verified standard, removing the outer layer and any contaminants so what remains is safe and pure.

  3. 03

    Melt

Sanitized soap is gently melted down to a smooth, luxurious base, creating the foundation for every new Relavco bar.

    Scent & colour

We blend in natural, stain-resistant pigments and essential-oil scents, all of which are earthy, clean, and kind to skin. No synthetic dyes, no harsh fragrance.

  5. 05

    Cast & mould

The blend is poured into molds and left to cure for one week into firm and even bars with a clean, artisan finish.

    Wrap

Finished bars are wrapped in recycled kraft paper, acting as a low-waste alternative packaging solution that matches the spirit of the product inside.

    Distribute

Half of every batch is donated free to outreach partners; the rest is sold here, with profits donated onward, allowing for community contributions through more than one medium, increasing the versatility of the donations themselves.
